As in Japan the room is very small. This room doesn't even have a closet. It has a towel bar with four hangers. The room however is very clean and the staff is very helpful. I like that breakfast is included. It is not the type of breakfast you expect in the US, but there is sufficient variety to have a decent breakfast. The breakfast varies a little bit daily. Small breakfast sausages, scrambled eggs in the form of curds, yogurt, bread, raisin bun, cereals, rice, soup, are always available. In addition, you may get a bun filled with custard and other proteins such as meat balls or chicken. Another plus is that the metro train station is literally steps away and you could get to any of the tourist areas using the trains with transfers of course.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful (e.g. in upgrading the room, keeping the luggage while waiting to check-in and booking a table in a restaurant). The cleaning staff was very sweet. The twin room was very comfortable when traveling with 2 big suitcases. The library café was very inviting and the laundromat near this feature was very simple to operate and appreciated. The metro station (2 lines) right underneath the hotel made it very easy to venture to the touristic center. The location in the Koto area is perfect for "slow" tourism (i specifically chose not to stay in overtouristic areas) and offers enough possibilities in terms of shopping and restaurant options in various styles.

Great stay. Literally next door of the subway. A Family Mart at the exit from the hotel. The room was very clean and cleaned every day. The breakfast was good and there was plenty of it. The bed was quite comfortable (unlike the one where we stay now in Osaka that is very hard). The price was great as well. Nothing negative to say about the hotel. The personnel are really nice and friendly. The hotel offers to transfer your luggage to the next destination ( for us was Osaka) so we don't have to carry it with us all over the city. Great experience, thank you very much!!

excellent location which is literally beside the subway exit of two major subway lines for easy travel within Tokyo. A convenient store is next to the hotel entrance so you don't have to worry about any common necessities you miss out when packing your stuff. Room size is a bit bigger than those you generally can find in Tokyo. Of course it is still considered to be very small but it is well understood for hotel rooms in Tokyo. Overall, I am very happy with my stay and it is highly likely that I will choose this for my next trip

Very nice hotel! Great customer service and just an overall very cozy place. It was nice to be able to eat and relax in the Comfort Library Cafe where breakfast is also held. It is also located in a nice quiet suburb and is literally 10 meters from the station entrance Kiyosumi Shirakawa. The station conveniently has escalators which led right next to the hotel, so overall it made it very convenient for us to stay here! There is also a Family Mart right next door for late night convenience store snacks.
